High temperature and monitor crashing

Hello I have this problem with my computer,basicly the temperature when going on the internet and stuff is about 60 degrees Celsius,i'm using msi afterburner.
when I play games the monitor crashes saying ''no dvi signal'' I need help.

Specs:
intel i7 8 cores
nvidia geforce GT530 2 gb
8 gb ram
2 tb harddrive

Well the computer is stock and i'm not very good with computers 🙁

If its NEW computer ,
then contact ur manufacturer about th over heating.

Its obviously the absense of THERMAL PASTE in ur CPU. same happened to me when i bought a new one.

I didnt advise u to go ahead and do it urself as u said ur not so good in computers.
