high temperature in speccy, cpuid, i also use the prime 69

Solution
Hmmm if you have controllable fan profiles for automatically controlling the fan speeds I would set them to the highest setting possible for the CPU to see if that doesn't help bring the temp down. The main things to normally look for are improper use of thermal compound, improper heatsink installation, and improper fan placement or settings. If you check all of those and they are all fine it may be that you have a faulty sensor on that CPU, normally when the CPU hits it's max temperature it will shut down the system to save itself.
That temp sensor may lie over the GPU cores of the APU causing that temp to read high. But I would definitely investigate further as usually a mobo CPU temp reading is coming from behind the socket and the CPU package temp is usually the sensor built into the CPU. I know that the maximum temp for that APU is 70 degrees c so you are not quite hitting the max temp just yet.

Are you using the stock cooler? And if so did you remove the pre-applied thermal compound and apply something like Arctic Silver in accordance with the thermal compound manufacturers instructions? Also ensuring you have proper airflow via fans coming in and out of your case is important also.
