[SOLVED] High Temperature?

I recently built a PC with an RTX 2060 Super Founders Edition, when I play certain games it gets to 79 degrees Celsius at 99% usage, is this too hot of a temperature?

No. That is a perfectly acceptable temperature for your GPU at a full load.

Depends on your cabinet airflow and most importantly your ambient temperature, however you could always amp up your GPU fan speed with the help of Custom fan curve through softwares like MSI Afterbuner/EVGA Percision X. or if you want to be a much safer side and have some bucks to spare then you can go for Water Cooling solutions which will effectively cut your temperatures in half.
