HIgh temperatures during idle

Hello. I`m running laptop Dell Inspiron 1764. About 2 months ago i changed the thermal paste and fan. But now I found that my cpu is runnig ~50 degrees. I think it should be about 40. When I`m playing games, I reached ~70 degrees and I think it`s good temperature. But what about idle. Does anybody know what`s the metter?

Idle isn't important (and meaningless if ambient temperature is unknown), but the maximum temperature at full load is.
