High temperatures in SLI

So I recently bought another Gigabyte GTX 780 GHz Edition to run with my other one in SLI. When trying out some games the top GPU would reach up to 85 degrees or higher while the bottom one is generally 10 degrees cooler. I realise that this difference is normal.

I have a Cooler Master HAF922 as a case and put the 200mm fan on the side pannel to pull air into the case to get cool air to the GPUs. I noticed that the fan doesn't really do a great job. My question is:

a) Are my temperatures too high?

b) Would buying better fans decrease the temperatures?

Thanks in advance!

You need more space between the top and bottom cards so the fan can actually get some air. Unless you do water cooling or space the cards out more the top card will be quite a bit hotter than the bottom one. It is normal for the top card to be a little hotter being heat rises but not 10C if you have them spaced well.
