High temps for R5 2600?

Hello!

I am using a Corsair H50 AIO on my stock R5 2600. At idle temps it fluctuates between 40 and 60, which seem high to me. The AIO was made in 2017 according to the label on it, so for being only 2 years old I didnt think it would fail yet? The thermal paste has been changed fairly recently (2 months ago), and enough was applied. My case also has good ventilation.

Any suggestions, ideas, or advice on lowering the temps if they are too high would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Ah, perfect. It was for some reason in the bios set to run at a maximum of 50%. Thanks!
