Question High Temps on 3070ti Ventus OC

Hi,

I have a 3070ti Ventus OC, I am using 3 fans at the bottom and one at the back.

My temps when game reach around 87 degrees on the GPU. My case is Sharkoon Pure Steel.

Are these temos ok? I have tried my best to make the best airflow but I still seem to get these temps.

I leave the air condition on when playing and set it at 20 degrees Celsius.

When that is the case, it's often a physical hindrance:
-dust.
-conflicting fan setup.
-not enough ventilation for the combined power draw of components.
-thermal paste, but it's too soon for that, unless this was a 2nd hand card that got the Kryonaut treatment?

I have attached my msi after burner settings, idle temps are pretty good, but under load I easily get to 86 degrees, so I am limiting temps.
