high temps on 8320 clocked at 4ghz

I have an AMD 8320 using the cooler master hyper N520 cooler. I tried testing with prime 95 and my temps jumped to over 60 degrees on the cpu in a few minutes. Any recommendations would be awesome.

i retested @ 3.7 ghz, even then it got over 60 deg, but then stabilized around 57. I'm thinking i may add a couple more high cfm case fans and see where that lands me before i make a switch to liquid.

If you can try to get a small fan that can point at the cpu socket and the heat spreader to the left of the cpu it can make a good difference.
