Was getting high temps with i7 4790k and stock intel cpu fan. ( 62°C on idle and , 97°C sometime upto 100°C on max load )

Upgraded to Cooler Master Hyper H410R today ( Used cooler master pro thermal paste )

Now the temps are : At idle : 52°C to 54°C
At max load : 83°C to 92°C

My room temps are 31°C to 34°C , Motherboards temps are 50°C

That is still high for this cooler right ? I mean i should be getting at least below 70°C at max loads right?

What could be wrong here?

Attaching some screenshots below

At max load : https://ibb.co/fXtm6gj
At idle : https://ibb.co/VSsWb1q

My Specs :

Intel i7 4790K (No overclocking done)
Asus maximus hero 7 motherboard
Corsair vengeance 16GB RAM
Asus strix ge force gtx 970 4GB Graphics
Samsung evo 120 GB SSD
Seagate baracuda 1TB HDD
Corsair 650 W SMPS

Recently had some issue with my 4 year old stock cooler of the intel i7 4790k.So replaced the stock cooler with Cooler Master Hyper H410R.

But still i am getting 48°C to 70°C in light usage & 85°C to 98°C in full load.

My room temps are around 33°C .

Used Cooler Master - Master Gel Pro thermal paste.

Non overclocked cpu.

I regularly do photo and video editing works.

What could be wrong here? How safe it is to use at these temps?
