High temps on my laptop

I have an Asus laptop that I use for streaming movies and online gaming. I just installed Speedfan and here are the results:

CPU: 79C
GPU: 74C

All I'm doing right now is browsing internet and installing Guild Wars 2 (just running the installer, not the game).

Those temps seem awfully high to me. Should I be worried? Do laptop cooling pads help? Can someone please recommend a good one?

You are lucky ! My gpu hits 99 degree Celsius and i turned it off . Every cpu has its own max temperature . You have to check for yours .
