I recently upgraded my build from an intel 8600k to a Ryzen 5600x, NZXT X53 AIO, Asus b500-f mobo. My idle temps on the Ryzen build are around 45-48c and 58-64 at load. Is this normal even for an AIO?? (Not stock paste) What temps are normal for an 5600x at load? I’m asking because the older intel build ran around 48c at load. So I’m concerned. Thank you.

My 5800X 'idles' in the mid 40's with a 5 yo. 240mm AIO. 64C under load is very good for Ryzen 5000. I don't expect that's a really heavy load though...possibly only gaming.

When properly set up and even with great cooling AMD's told us to expect a Ryzen CPU to push towards 90C in really heavy workloads; Tjmax for a 5600X is 95C.

To see if your cooler's working well test temperatures after running a Cinebench 23 all-core rendering test for 20 minutes or so.
