[SOLVED] High temps when only when playing Farcry 3

So my CPU when gaming stays around 60 to 70 when gaming and GPU at 50 to 65. But when playing Farcry 3 my CPU reaches 70 to 80 and GPU reaches 65 to 70. I'm playing the game at 1080p at medium settings.

My specs

Core 2 quad q6600
GT1030
Windows 7 64bit

Yeah but i played Metal gear solid 5, GTA 4, Metal gear rising and they didn't heat up that much

Should i change my paste? i got a new cooler in august of 2020 and i haven't change my paste since.

what the new cooler? unless you did it wrong, you don't need to redo paste all the time

I'm using the antec a30 cooler i had some difficulty putting it on and i had to reinstall the cooler. Because one of the hooks of the cooler hit the PSU so i couldn't put the PSU on so i had to change the position of the cooler again when i did this i didn't change the thermal paste
