Question High Treble and No Bass after connecting Old Speakers to new Windows 10 PC...

I recently built a new Windows 10 PC but kept Old 2.1 Speakers because the Bass and Clarity was good enough for me. I was using Windows 7 since 10 years and same set of Speakers. But after switching to Windows 10 PC the Subwoofer's sound and bass has reduced to 25% of original sound and bass it used to give and Speaker's sound and treble has boosted.
I have tried Audio Drivers from Motherboard's website, reinstalled them but no luck. Same issue in Generic Drivers too.

What's going on?

Make sure you are plugged into the correct rear 2.5 jack.

Go into the advanced sound settings and check to see if you have some mode or another turned on.

Right click the small speaker icon usually located in the lower right screen corner.

A pop-up menu will appear with selections that, in turn, lead to quite a number of audio related configuration settings/options.

Give the troubleshooter a try. It may find and fix something.

Failing that then move to the other menu options, windows, tabs, and properties.

Explore first without changing anything.

Then go back make any changes that appear appropriate/applicable.

Change only one thing at a time and keep notes about what was changed, where, along with original setting and the new setting that you made. [Just in case a "do-over" is needed.]

Yeah i connected it into main MOBO jack. Also tried to front case jack but still no bass.

I have tried all the settings on Windows and Realtek Console but still very little sound from Subwoofer and High sound from Speakers 🙄

windows 7 had higher pre_amp gain and more balanced Bass / Treble

If you were to plug a set of headphones into the front panel header jack, does it sound ok?

I don't know I didn't check that. Why are you saying this?

There was no difference, they both outputs High Treble-low bass sound, somehow i maneged to create a deep bass profile on VLC's Equalizer
