High Usage of RAM on windows 8.

Hi
My system specs are as follows though i dont know if it matters,
i7 4770
Mobo z97x Gaming 3 by gigabyte
8gb ram
2 tb hdd
gtx 760 2gb

So yeah my ram gets all clogged up the longer my system stays on. and In evidently i have to restart it every 12-14hrs to get it back to normal again as system hangs up. My previous mobo was asus sabertooth z87 tuf series, which kinda got busted so i had to change it to z97x, and since then i have this ram clogging issue, dunno if there is a connection.

My normal use is for studies and occasional gaming.
please help me out!

Do you have a 64 bit operating system installed? What does it show for you usable RAM?, Which programs do you leave running in the background?

Yes its 64bit and max usage is for the browser but thats still in mb. In background sometimes torrent client, bluestack app player.. Nothing that i haven used before.
