I am using Trident Z F4-3000C16D-16GTZR which has tested timings of 16-18-18-38 at 1.35v.
But , on my Strix B350 F board , I cannot get it past 2400mhz without changing things like timings or Voltage.

I am able to set 2933mhz on myram.. but I have set timings to 18-18-18-38 at 1.35v and I can get a stable 2933mhz..
Or , else I can keep the default timings but I have to get Dram voltage to like 1.38v
So which one is safer? 1.38v dram with 16-18-18-38 timings default
OR
1.35v with 18-18-18-18-38 timings

Ryzen in general is very picky with what RAM will run at high speeds. Your kit is not one of the newer Samsung B-die ICs so it very likely won't run at the full speed it's rated at since those are based on Intel's XMP profiles. Even the newer kits that have Ryzen specific subtimings can have problems. They are still releasing BIOS updates to help with memory compatibility. Even with the latest BIOS I'm surprised you're getting over 2400 stable.

I am getting 2933 , the rated is 3000mhz , so.
