Question Higher ping and lower fps in Games

Hi, I have been receiving higher ping and lower fps in League and CSGO for like about 2 weeks. One week ago I had one of the engineers over who replaced my router which helped me to fix really high lag spikes(200+ping). But I still have about 40 pings in both League and CSGO which normally is about 18 ping and an fps about 150 which normally is above 200. It would be awesome if I can get some help.

1st off, Welcome to the forums!

2nd, we'll need a little more info, such as the exact specs of your PC for starters. Other than the router, what have you done to your PC recently? Driver updates? Bios updates? OS reinstall? Temps? New Hardware?

Things of that nature are what we need to know.

Hi,
Ping is related to anything involving the network;
Whereas anything affecting your frames would specifically be something software or hardware related.

Have you installed any new hardware lately? Or software? Have you reconfigured any settings recently?
