What is the highest overclock you can get with a r5 1600 with the stock wraith spire cooler at stock voltages? I was just wondering because I plan to upgrade to ryzen in the future.

Could be 3.6ghz could be 3.9ghz, who knows, you'll have to test yourself. Every chip is different.
