well... I want to ask something...
1. current biggest refresh rate for a monitor? what brand? and what type?
2. is it possible to achieve bigger FPS exceed my monitor refresh rate?

2. Yes, ofcourse. It won't look smoother than your monitor's highest refresh rate though. It can only make your monitor more responsive to user input, when playing at a signficantly higher framerate compared to your refresh rate.

I'm not intended to buy that crazy monitor, I'm just curious. hahahhaha
so for graphic it'll not getting smoother but more responsive, ok then.
my current setup is monitor with 22 inch max res is 1920 x 1080 @60Hz
my Graphic card is Sapphire Nitro+ Rx 480 8gb OC.
