which Hard Drive is fast western digital Caviar Green 2 TB HDD Internal Hard Drive (WD20EARX) or Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DL003)

WD20EARX is IntelliPower, ST2000DL003 is 5900 rpm.

afaik IntelliPower ranges between 5000 rpm and 5400 rpm so I think that ST2000DL003 is faster

probably wont even notice the difference, imo. large drives like that do 2 things, move slowly and store huge amounts of data.
