hikvision port forwarding issue

Hello, I'm having problem connecting my HIKVISION DVR model: DS-7208HVI-SV
to my router model: Huawei HG8447(Provided by ISP Qtel)

My Problem is Im trying to port forward the port: 80 which is the http port of my DVR, to view it in internet, but it will not open i've tried other ports like 82,81,8282 but nothing works.

Most ISPs block port 80, 8080 and some other ports.

Try leaving your dvr on default settings for port assignment.
Then on your router set the external port to be something like say 5601 and have the internal port be 80. Then from your outside device you will put 5601 in your connectio settings

Now when you try to connnect remotely you are using your WAN IP and not the local DVR IP correct?
