I'm hopelessly stuck in this game, and I hope someone out there can give
me a little nudge. Here the spoilerspace

I have visited all the locations I can get to from the beginning of the
game, I have moved the dolmen in the ziggurat and I have constructed
some sort of disk assembly and used it to lower the edging between the
avenues. And now I'm totally stuck.

I think my next step has something to do with the west tower. I found
out that if I shoot the box with the laser, a burst of water shoots from
the circular opening into the cistern. I can also make the water hit the
gaming board, if I put the board in the slot in the hexagonal core.

How exactly is this supposed to work? Or more importantly what am I
supposed to do to get on with the game!

Well, the white powdery substance inside the box is your best bet. Figure
out what that is, and you may know what comes next.

Also, are you playing in default, easier, or harder mode? That makes a
difference.
