Hip-e node - usb doesnt work at booting, can´t press any key to BOOT from cd

Hi,
i have Hip-e node computer (you can google it).
Main four USB on mobo doesnt work (i dont know why) so there is 4-USB card in PCI-e slot. No PS2 port on MB.
I cant instal OS and even access bios because PCI-e usb doesnt work.
ANY IDEA?

Are your mouse and keyboard wireless? If so you will likely need a wired USB device. Most wireless devices require additional driver support that may not be supported until the OS is loaded into memory.
