I'd strongly advise against opening up a psu and tinkering around. If you do this type of stuff for a living then alright but if you have very little electrical engineering background then stop what you are doing, PSUs can easily keep a lethal charge for quite a while after they have been turned off and unplugged.

If it's still actual for you, it needs to change caps on Р301-Р315 curcuitboard C308 4.7mF, and caps near power regulator IC, like C208 and e.t.c.
Recently I have repaired couple of this PSU's.

Thanks for the anwser Nikoli, that will really help me out and yes it is still actual for me but i will take a look at the PSU next week because i got exams.
i will tell you if i made any progress or if i have another question.

also in the meanwhile it suddenly started to work after 4 days on power (forgot to unplug) but it smelled burned and gave way to much power to the green LED and fan even so much that i woke me up in the middle of the night, luckely the PSU wasn't in the docking so it couldn't do any more damage.
even though that im pretty sure the IT's aren't burned so it may work in the future.
i also already looked for a new one but i can't find one cheap 😛.

i will keep you updated and thanks for the anwser!
