HIS 6570 lowprofile on 28- watts PSU

Hi,
I have dell gx745 with 280 watts psu, I want to buy AMD 6570HD (HIS-low profile 1gb) card ...will it run on 280 watts psu??

any 1 plz help!!!!

The 6570 has almost the same power requirements as th 5670, which is running fine on a Seasonic 300W PSU, how many As are on the 12V rail?
