The latest one on that website works but I cannot use the AMD latest 13.9 driver suite or any driver that on amd website other then the HIS website one. Windows xp detected 14.9 or whatever the latest version was fine and installed it perfectly but windoes 7 pro 64 bit refuses to do it correctly. Resolution not showing 1600x900 it shows 1440x900. Memory speed for graphic card shows 800mhz not like 1600mhz. I really like a fix please and here the system it in right now.

Used artic silver 5 for thermal paste for cpu and got the overclock led socket 775 cpu heatsink fan cooler?

If I missed anything let me know.

EDIT: it is stuck on the driver from the HIS webswite and none of AMD drivers will work it shows already latest driver installed

Thats because your card is really pcie using an agp 'interface' chip to connect with so you can only use the agp hotfix drivers which I beleive amd stopped supporting back with 12.3 or 12.6

edit - found 12.5 Here
Be sure to scan for malware before running this. I cant tell while at work.

I managed to find a solution and fixed it now running driver from 13.9 and the correct resolution is showing. Those who come here for a fix download the His website driver zip package go to where the windows 7 driver package is and open one of the inf files and copy the drivers it has then paste it in the new 13.9 driver folder. Open device manager and then install the driver manual by going to the path of that file. This is from what I can remember so it may have incomplete information or misleading facts by mistake.
