This is seems off topic. Why HIS Radeon (Graphic Card) designs so bad? fan, heat pipe, etc design so are so ugly and not appealing. Did they can't hire good product design outhere?

They are typically cheaper, and thus lower quality, and if you can, id get a more reputable brand like msi, asus, sapphire, gigabyte, or xfx.
