I am not getting any GDDR5 GPU in such a good price here. I am ready to buy it. I have watched a video where a guy was running Asus R7 240 in my computer (HP XW4600 with 0AA0H motherboard). But he never mentioned that he replaced motherboard with old one.

I have seen on HP website where some people are able to run GT-640 on this computer which is PCI-E 3.0 graphic card. I just want to know if someone has tried this product on PCI-E 1.0.

Sorry. My PCI-E is actually 2.0. Now I am thinking of R7 250X 2GB GDDR5.

Computer: XW4600
Motherboard: HP 0AA0H

PCI-E is backwards compatible, to any version. Won't be an issue, and your also not missing much in terms of the actual slots 'limitations' (doesn't matter about the cards used - this is an example of the performance difference).
