as i have selected under my budget nivida and ati readon cards list
plz check

NVIDIA
EVGA GTX 750 SC
GigaByte GTX 650Ti
GigaByte GTX 750Ti
GigaByte GTX 750Ti
MSI GTX 750 (N750 1GD5/OC)

READON

GigaByte R7 260x
HIS R7 265 iCooler
MSI R7 260X

plz also rate the companies as listed and which one do u recommend most?

thanks

I would go for the 750 Ti,as you won't need a new PSU, it is a card that doesn't require much power and it is stronger than the R7 260X.
Nearly the same performance than the R7 265,if not better.
Go for a GTX 750 Ti that has 2GB of VRAM. So EVGA,Gigabyte,ASUS or MSI.
PS You don't have to call me Mr.LukaBoki. ;)

yes ure right, dear u can see that "HIS R7 265 iCooler" has also vram of 2gb and there is one advantage over all of them, that it has 256bit and rest are 128bit.

i would like to share that "HIS R7 265 iCooler" has core clock of 925 and gtx 750ti has 1163/1137 core clock.

after your this opinion i now decide that i should go for "GigaByte GTX 750Ti " or "HIS R7 265 iCooler"

on the other hand i have came to know that some says HIS is better than Gigabyte.

ur further information is highly encouraged, plz discuss
thanks

That's a really low quality PSU.
Taking this into consideration, you have two options:
1. Stick with your PSU and go for the 750 Ti.
2. Get the R7 265 and buy a new PSU.
They perform about the same,so if you want to spend $200 on a PSU and the R7 265,then by all means do so.
If you want to stick with your current, low quality PSU and spend $150 to get the GTX 750 Ti,then go for that option.
If you decide to go for the R7 265 option, then a cheap, but good PSU,like the EVGA 500B,will do the job.

Well, technically, you can use your Elite Power 460W.
What I would recommend doing is getting whichever graphics card you like, but not playing any graphically intensive games till you get a new PSU,like the EVGA 500B. The EVGA 500B costs only about $40,and it is the best PSU for that money,so it should be pretty affordable.
Again, get whichever GPU you like, but don't play any demanding games untill you get the 500B.Don't get me wrong, you can play games, just make sure that they are not GPU or CPU intensive and that you don't play games for over an hour and a half. :)
