HIS r9 270 any good?

I'm building a new pc and saw the HIS r9 270 for $125 on newegg but saw that it had some problems like flickering so i was wondering if i should get it or a MSI r7 265 for $120

Problems can arise with all cards. Sometimes you can't go by the Newegg reviews. Often only the folks with an axe to grind will respond. I've had two HIS cards with no problems. In fact, I can't think of any gfx card I've had that ever failed. So... you take a chance with any card. Personally, I'd jump on the extra performance of the 270 for that price.
