Anyone know if this non-reference card can be flashed into a 6970? Thanks.

it is a non reference board so i would proceed with caution.
here's an example of people trying and ending up with dead cards: http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/showthread.php?t=151162

doesnt mean it cant be done but its risky. if you could figure out if there is a HIS 6970 that uses the same PCB and components then you should be able to flash your card with that 6970 bios, but a bios intended for a reference card wont work.
