Hello, my questions is: How can I watch full screen view in my 24.6" I-inc monitor? Every time I use an HDMI connection to any HDMI TV or Monitor I can see about 1" less of the screen all around of the actual screen. Per say, if I use my 32" HD TV plugged with the HDMI cable the actual screen view is about 30", or if I use my 24.6" monitor with an HDMI cable I see about 23" screen size.

are the screens/monitors 720p or 1080p capable?

just as a quick thought, check thru the HDTV's menu settings for a "fit" or "zoom" setting, or check your video card settings for the same.
