HIS Radeon hd 6670 hdmi drops when windows loads

Hello,
I just got a HIS Radeon HD 6670. I plug it into my HD TV and I get to loading windows then I get no signal. This only happens using the HDMI port, I connect the DVI to HDMI cable and it load the screen. Can anyone help with the correct settings I should use.

I noticed the port on the card is a hdmi 1.4. I just ordered a 1.4 cable to see if this is the issue.
