Question Hissing sound from Astro A50 Wireless Headset ?

When I got them they were working fine, but not even a week went by and i started to hear a hissing sound out of the left side. I got them replaced but I'm still getting the same hissing sound. I tried everything, I updated them, reinstalled the software and factory reset them. I also tried updating my audio drivers and graphics card driver, and Windows is up to date.
i would appreciate any help ty

Is the hissing noise heard when the headset is connected to another audio device?

no i only have my pc.

nope its the first time any headset makes that noise
