Hitachi 2gb external drive

Hello,
my ext drive barely fell 2in and now here clicking
tryed tapping drive and rotating and still nothing
bios does not recognize nor does op system win 7
are there tools to unstick the heads from the platters do not want to trade in hd 500 gb of music inside didnt have time for backup

Need to get it repaired, no software will fix a ticking drive. A 2 inch drop can easily damage things especially if it was running. Will cost quite a bit though to fix things, they'll probably have to re-align the arms.
