Hitachi Hard Drive Not Recognized

I have an old Hitachi laptop hard drive that I've been trying to recover data from but my PC won't recognize it. After troubleshooting it says it needs a driver but cannot find it on it's own.

The model: IC35L090AVV207-0

Anyone know where I can find the drivers?

A link to the drivers were on a sticker on the case. Several reviews state difficulty getting this to work on XP and newer OS but many others say it works fine so I'm not sure.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.

As far as I can remember I never saw a sticker or paper that came with the kit. Actually I don't remember it coming with instructions or anything.

Guess that's what I get for buying cheap.
