Hi, I have this warning as it shown in the pictures.
I dont experience any problems with the drive,
should I expect problems, should I replace it?
Is there something to do to fix this errors?

Is this temperature too high for HDD?

Solution
I would aim for a temperature in the 30s, but 44C is well within the drive's specs (5c - 60C).

That said, the raw value of the temperature attribute is 0x0038000F002C. This figure consists of 3 temperatures, 0x38 (= 56C), 0xF (= 15C) and 0x2C (= 44C). I suspect that these represent the max, min, and current temperatures for the current power cycle.

Smartctl (smartmontools) is able to retrieve a temperature history from the drive, if the drive supports this feature.
One month ago I checked and count didnt increase.
Anyway, I think I will use it only as a backup drive.

Is this temperature too high for HDD? 44 celsius.

It looks like 7200 drives are less reliable and more often will experience errors?
I have 5900 hitachi drives older than this 7200 drive, and they are still working without errors.
