Hitachi usb3 3TB external hard drive no work with ASrock extreme6 MB.

HI. I have a Hitachi external USB3 3TB hard drive. It doesn't works with my computer Asrock extreme6 MB's NEC version 10190 USB3 port. But works with USB2 Ports? Why? Please HELP!

yes. the USB3 in BIOS are Enabled.

Did you install the drive/software for the USB 3.0 ports?

They are not native to motherboards or OS yet!
