hitman 2016 screen blinking

hi, i have just installed hitman 2016-cpy on my pc win10 gtx1050ti 16gbram,all other games run perfectly(including wildlands,rise of tomb raider etc) in my system but for hitman the screen keeps blinking and the game runs fine in the background,but if i continuously move the mouse the screen remains steady. the same game runs on my old laptop with gt540m without any issues but is slow due to low config
