Hitman absolution not loading.Pls help.

Hello friends
I just installed Hitman absolution on my PC.
When I open the application the mouse's blue icon rolls and then nothing happens.
I looked in the taskbar processes and it was in the running processes.
I tried running it as Administrator,Compability mode but nothing seems to work.
BTW my pc specs:
3ghz Dual core e5700
4 GB DDR3
HD 6670 DDR5 GPU
450w PSU.
Please help.

If your problem has not been solved till now, try using this method-

1. download and install "Steam" software from this link - http://store.steampowered.com/about/

2.Then right click on the game icon and select "Run as Administrator"

If these two methods don't work try updating your DirectX, Visual C++ AND .NET framework
