I tried maxing the Core Voltage but when I do it, Im hitting Temp Limit at times at 79 degrees even though I have Max Power and 92 temp limit in afterburner. But if core voltage is zero. im not hitting temp limit but my temps go up to 83 degrees without hitting the temp limit..

Solution
For performance increase your power, even if you hit the temp limit, the card will kick back in when it drops - for longetivity leave the power to +0. You wouldn't see much boost to performance anyway. For maximum performance when you increase the power, also increase (max if possible) the fans to reduce the throttling.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) the temp/volt limits are hardcoded in the BIOS - no software workarounds yet, so unless you are willing to play with modifying your hardware unfortunately there is no way around it. Perhaps someone will release a modified BIOS in the near future...
