Hi, I have a HL-4150CDN that printed fine for about 10000 pages. One day it had a paper jam. I removed the jammed paper and it has been stuck on "jam rear" error every since. When I open the rear door the error switches to close fuser cover. I have dissembeled all the large components several times and run card stock through the fuser and the pick up rollers. I can see no paper anywhere. I also cannot see the sensor that would set the error. Like many times the manual is vague on this topic. It basically says if there is no paper replace the PCB. I want to make sure there is no paper covering a sensor before I replace the PCB. Has anyone had this problem before and could someone give me the name and location of these sensors that could be causing this problem?

Thanks in advance Rob

Googled "HL-4150CDN Service Manual"

Found a massive manual via the following link:

www.moroinformatica.it/files/articles/docs/BROTH/HL-4140CN_SERVICE%20MANUAL.pdf

The link may be presenting the same manual you already have. No way to know so decided to pass along the link.

Just in case....
