HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH12LS38 Not working

Hi,
This writer is recognized by Windows 10

Problem is : it does nos see loaded disks prior to burning

Any ideas ?

Does it still read disks?

Check Windows Device Mgr. and see if there are any yellow marks next to the drive, which would indicate a driver issue or some other problem with the drive.
