hlep me please about uninstall kaspersky 2012 then get blue screen

how to resolve the problem blue screen after uninstall Kaspersky anti-virus 2012 but now I already recovery my laptop and it's become normal but I want to uninstall Kaspersky 2012 please help me.

Ok i think you are asking for removing kaspersky not for BSOD,i face this problem before but at that time i have to formet my laptop try to repair your system with window 7 repaire disc or window xp repaire disc whatever your operating system is.

Dear Malwarevirus,

Thank you very much for your help,
After uninstall kaspersky2012 then have gotten blue screen, I use my CD set up new window for Xp but it run like 50% it become blue screen again and said that the problem from defragmenter Hard Disk but after I did it still blue screen the same thing so I just recovery back and can use my PC again.
Any way I will try with your link to repair my window 7 and thank you very much for your kind support me.

It is normally occures with kaspersky when somthing mesh with it mostly another antivirus or spyware remover leftovers mesh with it.Try to use Shadow defender or Toolwiz timefreeze (free) in the futher to avoid this type of problem.Happy to help you.
