Intel Pentium G3220 / Foxconn H81MX-D model / 4 ddr3 gb ram and no gpu I want to run games like fortnite/ csgo / r6s on low/mid setting with 60 fps tell me what i need to upgrade and what gpu i should use or should I throw it in the trash and buy a new one cuz if I am willing to upgarde this I am not willing to spend more than 400$ on it

All games are older, and have rather low requirements from todays perspective.
Taking the lowest common denominator for "recommended", you can keep your MoBo, and need this:
Any 4-core CPU for socket 1151 (i5 or i7) of at least 3 GHz (3.2 GHz recommended)
8GB of Ram
Any GPU of (today equivalent) 1050 4GB or RX 560 4GB for 60 fps (1050 Ti recommended)
