Ok, setup my friend's comp- XP3000+ AMD 64, K8V, R9800Pro, 1GB PC3200 and 10K 74GB Raptor. Hehehe, it runs all the games we tested sickly fast @ maxed out settings. Now the score we got on 3dMark2003 is 5800. Too low? An interesting thing is that when we set agp aperature to 256 the system just dies. You turn it on, nothing on the monitor and the powerr buttons don't respond. Have to clear cmos. 128MB does work tho...

Yep...even GGA doesnt run his setup with fast-writes on. I was suprised when my system was ok with it. Hell...even ATi recommends turning it off on most systems.

Fast writes on/off did not influence the aperature issue. Those r the results @ stock speeds for all btw, we don't intend on tweaking just yet...
