ho do i download windows7 over windows8

I am trying to download windows 7 onto my new computer that has windows 8

The best thing to do is transfer all your documents onto an external hard drive and do a clean install of windows 8 (this means format the drive before you install windows 8, there will be an option to do so if you click on 'custom' when you install it.
