I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a 240 hz monitor but I’ve been having a really hard time deciding on what’s good out there and just scared to drop a pretty penny on a monitor that I don’t enjoy, was wondering if there was any news on better monitors coming out or should I just shill out and buy one right now.

I think that it is worth waiting if you are going 4K with High Dynamic Range (HDR) support. I don't personally like curved monitors, but my next pair to replace my 27" 1440p will be a pair of 4K with HDR at 240Hz. There likely will be a lot of new monitors coming later this year, delayed due to COVID.

Hey that sounds pretty good, but with the better resolution and HDR wouldn’t that make it preform worse?
