Holiday Season, best time to buy?

Hello, I am new to computers and I am just wondering when is the best time to buy PC parts this holiday season?

Do amazon, newegg, tigerdirect, and places like that have beeter sales on:
a) Currently right now(wont really get any better)
b) Thanksgiving
c) Black Friday
d) Cyber Monday

Like, the processor I want, is %79 off on Amazon right now. Do I go ahead and buy it, or wait until one of the above?

I am sorry, I didn't mean 79% I meant $79. Also, I don't mean to be rude, but you really didn't answer my question about future parts that are on sale, but just not very much.

The processor is an AMD FX 8350 for $149. Two days ago it was down to $129. This had come down from $229.

Seriously....holiday 'sales' are a crapshoot. If you see a particular part for cheap, buy it right then. It may be more tomorrow.

You should have bought it at $129. There is no way to predict whether it will go below $149 in the coming days. Unless you know an inside contact in Amazon marketing.
