I have these in my cart for $477 but i want to know if i can build a computer with less money but still be able to play WOW and the such. please help me out! I want the total (including monitor) to be around 460 ish

That's a good build for a low budget gaming PC that can game with good frame rates at 1680x1050 or less. But to get a monitor for under $100 to make it work at your stated price, I'd say you are going to have to drop down to a 720p monitor in the 19" widescreen category. I am using a A10-5800k right now that I built for re-sale. It does a surprisingly good job gaming at 1366x768. Played a little BF3 at that rez with mid/high settings and the frame rate was very good. My only complaint is the cheap tiny cooler that AMD supplies with it. I am going to install my spare Phenom II cooler with copper base plate and heat pipes to keep the temps down.

Don't forget you need an operating system too.

I just realized that the monitor I linked you to was VGA/D-Sub Port only. One with a digital DVI connection would be preferred:
