home built computer can start windows

my build is:
msi B85M GAMING
PNY GTX 770 4GB OC GDDR5 Graphics Cards VCGGTX7704XPB-OC
G.Skill F3-2400C10D-8GTX 8GB
kingston 240 gb ssd
Western Digital 1 TB black
Corsair CX Series 750 Watt ATX/EPS Modular
ASUS Dual-Band Wireless-AC1900 PCI-E Adapter
corsair air 240
windows 7 pro 64 bit

basically when i try to boot from my ssd (that has windows 7 pro 64 bit and a bunch of files from my last computer) it shows the blue screen and just restarts i also tried booting from a usb with the same operating system on it and it didnt work. pleaaaase help

So this drive has the OS that was installed in the old PC?
And you moved it into the new PC?
And now it doesn't work?

Yes, that is often the outcome.

Solution?
Reinstall the OS on the drive in the new PC.
